Deadroom VenturesSovereign digital software and autonomous systems
We design software that runs on your own machine, and we run four brands that sell it. Offline first. No monthly cloud bill for tools that do not need a server.
The parent company's own product line: single-file HTML and JavaScript tools that open in a browser and are designed to keep working offline. Client portals, financial simulators, sprint dashboards and embeddable widgets.
The suite is in final packaging. Join the launch list to be told when checkout opens.

Demo: subscription vs one-off license
This is a working sample of what a micro-app does. It runs in this page and makes no network requests of its own. Your inputs are an illustration, not a promise of results.

Assumptions used
Subscription cost per month = cost per seat x seats, the same every month.
The one-off license is paid in full at month 0 and costs nothing after that.
Break-even is the first whole month where cumulative subscription spend reaches the license price.
No upkeep, upgrade fees, taxes, discounts, price rises or vendor changes are modelled.
All figures are in the same currency, as you enter them. This is an illustration, not a promise of results.

FIG. 06Technology
Local compute, offline-first
We build and test on our own machines instead of renting capacity for everything. That shapes the product: tools are written so they do not need a server.
Local inference
Open-weight language and image models run on hardware we control when a task allows it. Cloud services are used only where they are clearly the better fit.
Offline-first tools
Micro-apps are single files. Open one in a browser and it is designed to work without a network connection, an account or a login.
Checked releases
Releases are planned to carry a SHA-256 checksum so you can confirm the file you downloaded is the file we published.

FIG. 09Questions
Common questions
Is Deadroom Ventures a separate company from the four brands?
No. CodePillar Studio, FlowCraft Labs, Lumina Creative Studio and Nexus Client Ops are trade names of Deadroom Ventures LLC, a Nevada limited liability company.
Can I buy the micro-app suite now?
Not yet. It is in final packaging. Use the launch list button and we will email you when checkout opens. No price has been set.
Do the micro-apps need an internet connection?
They are designed as single files that run in a browser without one. The simulator above is an example: it makes no network requests of its own.
What license will the suite use?
A non-exclusive, perpetual commercial license for your own and client work. Reselling the unmodified files is not allowed. Read the license page.
What if the suite does not work for me?
The refund policy offers a plain 30-day refund. See the refund page.
