Privacy Policy
Short version: we do not sell personal data and we do not run trackers on this site.
1. No sale of personal data
Deadroom Ventures LLC does not sell, rent, lease or otherwise monetize personal data to third parties. Under Nevada law (NRS 603A.345), Nevada residents may ask us not to sell covered information. We do not sell it, and you can send that request to hello@deadroomventures.com so it is on record.
2. This website
This site sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising pixels, third-party fonts, scripts or frames. The payback simulator runs in your browser and sends nothing to us. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes ordinary request logs (such as IP address and time of request) to deliver and protect the site.
3. Local-first software
Our micro-apps and code packages are designed to run on your own machine or in your browser sandbox. They are not designed to send telemetry back to us.
4. Email
If you email us or join the launch list, your message opens in your own email program and reaches us only when you send it. We use your address to reply and, for the launch list, to tell you when checkout opens. We do not share it for marketing by others.
5. Payments
Checkout is not open yet. When it opens, payment will be handled by a third-party payment processor. We will not collect or store full card numbers on our servers. We keep transaction records for tax and fulfillment.
