30-Day Refund Policy
Checkout is not open yet. This is the policy that will apply when it is.
1. The promise
If a Deadroom Ventures product does not work as described, or does not suit you, ask for a refund within thirty (30) days of purchase and we will refund the full price you paid.
2. How to ask
Email refunds@deadroomventures.com with your order details and a line about what went wrong. If something failed to run, include any error text. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
3. Scope
This policy covers the Sovereign Micro-App and Simulator Engine suite sold by Deadroom Ventures. Each brand publishes its own refund page for its own products.
