Terms of Service
These terms apply to Deadroom Ventures LLC and the trade names it operates.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing, purchasing, downloading or using software, digital assets, templates, code packages or documentation provided by Deadroom Ventures LLC ("Company"), or by any of its fictitious firm names (CodePillar Studio, FlowCraft Labs, Lumina Creative Studio and Nexus Client Ops), you ("Licensee") agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Governing law and venue
These terms and any dispute under them are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any suit, action or proceeding must be brought in the Eighth Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada, in and for the County of Clark.
3. Deliverables and license grant
Digital products, code packages and media assets are licensed, not sold. Subject to payment of the applicable fee, the Company grants Licensee a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, single-seat commercial license to run, adapt and include the deliverables in internal operations or client work. Resale or public redistribution of the unbundled master files is prohibited. The Commercial License sets out the detail.
4. Launch status
Some products described on this site are still in packaging and are not yet on sale. Descriptions of planned contents say what a package is designed to include. They are not a promise of any result.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deadroom Ventures LLC, its managers, members and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. The Company's total liability is capped at the amount Licensee paid for the specific product in dispute.
